Christopher McEntee joined the Board of Directors of MERSCORP Holdings, Inc. in 2016.   McEntee is the Senior Director of Corporate Development with the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), where he is responsible for planning and development of residential mortgage related business initiatives.  Prior to joining ICE in 2011, McEntee worked at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta for a decade as the Director of Communications. He has a Bachelor of Arts in English from St. Michael’s College and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University. 

David Goone joined the Board of Directors of MERSCORP Holdings, Inc. in 2016.  Goone is Chief Strategy Officer of the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) and is responsible for all aspects of ICE’s product line, including futures products and capabilities for ICE’s electronic platform.  Goone also represents ICE on industry boards, including the Options Clearing Corporation, National Futures Association and the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation and is a member of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission Global Markets Advisory Committee.  Prior to joining ICE in 2001, Goone was Managing Director and Head of Product Development and Sales at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.  He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

QUALIFICATIONS

•  Education: BS Degree Computer Science or related field. MS in Computer Science preferred.
•  Experience: 5 years programming experience using Microsoft technologies, including .NET, Visual Studio ,TFS and Microsoft Reporting services, and 5 years working with various databases, including MS SQL and Oracle

REQUIREMENTS 

• 5 years of experience in developing applications using the Microsoft Solution Stack: .NET 2.0 and above (C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, LINQ, Web Services, MVC, Entity Framework, Windows services, Web API), HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, XML/XSLT, AJAX, Visual Studio 2010/2013, TFS 2013 and Telerik controls
• 5 years of experience in developing complex client/server applications using both COM and .NET object models with .NET 2.0 and above (.NET 4.0+ preferred)
• 3 years of experience in designing SQL Server 2008R2 database objects, including creating/maintaining indexes, views, stored procedures, triggers and functions
• Experience with SDLC concepts and object oriented design techniques and principles
• Ability to make sound decisions independently
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized to meet the deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, & written communication skills
• Ability to work well with peers and supervisors to resolve issues
• Must be punctual, professional, and dependable
• Desire to learn and implement new technologies

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Software/Database Systems Development

• Responsible for developing and maintaining all of the MERSCORP Holdings, Inc. corporate applications including MERS Central (our proprietary CRM solution) written in ASP.NET
• Assist in developing reports using the SQL Server Reporting Services based on MERSCORP Holdings, Inc. staff requirements
• Design and execute queries based on the MERS staff requirements, the queries are tied in to a local MS SQL database or a remote Oracle database
• Analyze and modify the query structures insuring fastest processing throughput
• Track, analyze and correct defects in functionality reported by MERSCORP Holdings, Inc. staff
• Redesign and migrate legacy applications to the latest .NET framework version
• Research and recommend software tools as necessary
