David Goone joined the Board of Directors of MERSCORP Holdings, Inc. in 2016. Goone is Chief Strategy Officer of the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) and is responsible for all aspects of ICE’s product line, including futures products and capabilities for ICE’s electronic platform. Goone also represents ICE on industry boards, including the Options Clearing Corporation, National Futures Association and the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation and is a member of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission Global Markets Advisory Committee. Prior to joining ICE in 2001, Goone was Managing Director and Head of Product Development and Sales at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

McEntee is the Senior Director of Corporate Development with the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), where he is responsible for planning and development of residential mortgage related business initiatives. Prior to joining ICE in 2011, McEntee worked at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta for a decade as the Director of Communications. He has a Bachelor of Arts in English from St. Michael’s College and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University.
